Intermediate to advanced swimmers are encouraged to join so that they may learn the techniques of all four competitive swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) as well as other skills required of a competitive swimmer such as strength/conditioning, flip turns, regulated breathing, overall sports psychology, and more. Practices are held four times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
