JKC has partnered with Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Matt Leventhal, to aid our members in attaining their best self, both physically and mentally. Coach Matt delivers top-tier exercise programing, injury preventative training, nutrition advice, and promotes an overall healthier lifestyle.

1-on-1 Private Sessions
Specifically individualized training sessions offered for accelerated results! Sessions can be booked directly through Coach Matt.
